This website is operated by a private individual based in Denmark.
MØRK_GRN® is an independent apparel project releasing limited, made-to-order pieces in small quantities.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting forms, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the associated Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
3. Nature of the products
All products offered on this website are:
- Released in limited quantities
- Produced on a made-to-order basis
- Manufactured only after demand is confirmed
This model exists to avoid overproduction and unnecessary stock.
Products are not mass-produced or continuously restocked.
4. Orders, production, and cancellation
When you place an order or reservation, your piece is allocated as part of a limited production run.
Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before production begins
- Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible
Production start is determined internally and may occur shortly after the reservation window closes.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
However, this right does not apply to items produced specifically to your order once production has begun, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Returns, defects, and issues
Because items are produced in limited runs, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not offered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
In such cases, the issue will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Pricing, taxes, and customs
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
For international orders (including Japan):
- Local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply
- These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country
8. Production and delivery timelines
All delivery times are estimates.
Delays may occur due to:
- Production processes
- Quality control
- Logistics or customs handling
If a significant delay occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to inform you.
9. Availability and changes
MØRK_GRN® operates in limited drops.
Products, pricing, descriptions, and availability may change or be removed without notice between drops.
This does not affect confirmed orders.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, images, and concepts, is the property of the site operator unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Liability is limited to direct losses related to your order
- Indirect or consequential losses are excluded
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.
